Job Description

Correspondences

  • Manage and maintain the executive s email account and calendar; ensure busy diary commitments are managed effectively including preparing recap of tasks (and status) carried out the day before, Executives to-dos for the day and top headlines from major tech publications

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes, press releases and investors notes as required; create streamlined communication between the Executive and other parties

  • Respond to the Executive and third parties requests for information, provide full assistance to the Executive during absences to ensure a high level of service is maintained

  • Manage incoming visitors

  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.

  • Plan, organise and provide assistance that is in line with the Executive s workload, work habits and preferences

  • Be innovative in resolving issues quickly and in an appropriate manner

Research & Data

  • Carry out quantitative data gathering for operation optimization.

  • Analyse data into Executive summaries with charts and graphs.

  • Create periodic reports and oversee change requests from third parties

  • Prepare, analyse internal and external data as well as staying current with changing regulations in the industry.

  • Conduct research on prospective sponsors and clients etc. to identify and evaluate needs.

Finance

  • Review and Managing Executive office budget

  • Optimise all required funds approval process

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.

Other Responsibilities

  • General office management,

  • Retreats planning and coordination

  • Coordinate personal and official travel arrangements

  • Handle personal errands for the Executive as required



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or relevant field;
  • Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
