Job Title: Project Manager - SAAS

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or operations is required
**6+ years of experience in program management**
Ability to influence without Authority on key programs
Experience with **SAP and Oracle**.
Good understanding of **SQL Server, VB, .NET, ETL tools and concepts**, Enterprise systems architecture, cloud architecture and good programming practices.
Has very good MS Office skills primarily working with high Excel data, effective PowerPoint presentations creation, Word based business case creation.
Experience working in **CRM applications namely SFDC, CPQ etc**., Understands the systems very well and knows the implications of the changes being done
Adoption and Change Management experience within a highly dynamic corporate environment and experience with organizational change effort
Brings good **understanding on SaaS working model**. Prior experience in this area will be preferred
Ability to learn other enterprise systems quickly, with little or no guidance
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail
Passion for competition and the ability to maintain personable working relationships with all internal and external customers
Ability to initiate process improvement plans and drive for change
A self-starter, highly motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
