Restaurant General Manager needed for a high-volume destination restaurant
We offer a unique, upscale dining experience and are looking for a Restaurant General Manager who can pull it all together and create amazing guest experiences.We offer a large a la carte dining room, adjacent view patio, huge bar, a VIP lounge, and a banquet/event venue.
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as the leader ofa highly rated, upscale, high-volume restaurant with a high percentage of special events
- Volume experience of at least $20M, a significant part of which must be from banquets/special events
- Steakhouse experience is a plus
- Well-connected in the LA area to attract talent and aid in marketing
- Financial acumen with successful P&L management
- Exceptional ability to develop your team
- Good with technology for inventory, ordering, scheduling, menu development, and general communication
Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
- Base salary in the $90,000 to $110,000 range, based on experience
- Bonus
- Excellent benefits
- Upside potential
