On behalf of our client, we are looking for a

Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) (full-time)

to join their team in Berlin (The role does not have to be based in Berlin it is a fully remote working option)

The Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) is an experienced UX/UI Designer who can lead the entire design process from design vision to prototyping, testing and instructing of product teams (PO/UI/Devs) for digital product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality design work from research to ideation and UX / UI artefact production

• Demonstrate confidence in the chosen design approach and bring your own perspective on industry best practices and broad practical knowledge in several focus areas to automotive industry

• Show ownership and a strong user-centric mindset in effectively applying design expertise expand the reach and build a network within and outside the firm

• Build trust by providing convincing recommendations and input for the team and stakeholders and positively influence decision-making

• Engage and mobilize client and vendor designers through design excellence and by explaining the so-what to the client

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant work experience in customer-centric service design, experience in the automotive industry is a Plus

• Experience in corporate innovation departments, digital agencies, or tech companies

• Comprehensive expertise in the development of digital designs, design systems and hands-on experience with user research, prototyping (Figma) and design delivery in product teams

• Strong interpersonal and teaming skills, empathy, and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams

• Great client interaction and well-rounded communication in design-related matters

• Experience with agile work, self-organization, metrics-based decision-making, and scrum

• An informative portfolio of work demonstrating strong human-centred design capabilities across a diverse range of projects

• Business fluency in German
