We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with strong communication skills to identify growth opportunities, create strategies and grow our company in the marketplace. You will join our Sales team to boost your career and meet new exciting challenges!

Tasks

What you ll do

  • Build a Marketing Plan for the client s campaign, keeping it up to date on an ongoing basis and sharing its content with team members
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, and trusted client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (boosting campaigns in case of low performance)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Understand the client s goals and pain points
  • Increase customer retention

Requirements

It s a perfect match if you have

  • 3+ years of working experience in sales and marketing in the media/digital industry within the crypto media landscape.
  • Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
  • Working experience in the marketing/sales department
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of crypto
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
