Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the staffing and scheduling functions for their assigned resource pool(s) to directly drive productivity metrics.
• The Scheduler collaborates with various Client stakeholders such as Project Leads, Sales Teams, Delivery Managers, business unit leadership, and consultants to fulfill demand.
• Able to facilitate and balance the needs of stakeholders, i.e., Customers, Business Development, Capability Director, and consultant in the fulfillment of a role in a project.
• Demonstrate success working in a dynamic, frequently changing and geographically dispersed environment as well as a willingness to support the business need.
• Able to stay abreast of new developments in Microsoft technologies.
• Previous knowledge of MS technologies is highly desirable.
• Goal oriented and has a sense of urgency to get things done Willing to seek responsibility and take ownership of task
