Job Description:

• hands-on experience with various Cisco voice and network components,
• pre-install associate will be responsible for the configuration and licensing of all network equipment that is to be sent to a client's on-site location for installation
• The associate will also be responsible for the configuration of replacement equipment when a failure occurs as well as any upgrades to equipment where needed from customer solutions.
• Pre-Install will be expected to work closely with both the implementation and operations teams to fulfill configuration requests as quickly and efficiently as possible
• will be expected to test failed equipment to determine if it can be returned to inventory or to decommission the equipment to have it recycled. In rare cases, pre-install is tasked with testing new equipment before initial roll out and at time testing other new hardware-based solutions for proof-of-concept.
• Unboxing and benching new inventory to connect to our staging network to configure and test prior to shipment
