Job Description
- Experience working with Middleware tool/technology suite including IBM MQ, Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, Wildfly, IIS.
- Provide SME expertise and support all aspects including Administration, maintenance, business continuity, capacity management, installation, and configuration across Non prod and prod environments.
- Experience working with multi-tier architectures (infrastructure) including knowledge of front-end proxies, Load balancing/clustering, troubleshooting Java based application servers etc.
- Working knowledge of Gitlab CI, inclusive of branching, versioning, access management & pipeline configuration/execution and troubleshooting.
- Serves as point of Escalation for troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving to drive solutions, working closely with architects and leads middleware space.
- Experience resolving infrastructure architectural issues, oversee progress of technical requirements for strategic initiatives across Middleware suite of products.
- Develop and implement maintenance plan to address technical issues and seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Responsible for handling production issues, analyze incidents/issues, perform RCA and provide a permanent fix for all critical and repetitive issues.
- Experience with DevOps (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Knowledge/experience of AWS preferred.
