Job Summary

The Web Analytics specialist to help implement analytics for Apple applications across web and native app platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the engineering, product, and data science Teams to define tracking metrics that inform business KPIs. This role will draw upon your extensive experience as a Project Manager to combine your technical fluency, proven sense of user experience, and business understanding to explore opportunities to elevate the retail online web experience.

You will research and present innovative technical solutions for data collection at scale. Projects will include supporting new features and improvements to our analytics libraries and assisting with online tracking changes needed for upcoming product launches. You will also be responsible for coordinating with our partner teams to develop and extend our solutions across other Apple web properties.

Key Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics and associated Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.

Able to balance multiple projects and assignments.

Experience working with analytics and data science teams in support of data-informed decision making.

Experience working with different tag management solutions, including direct-to-page JavaScript implementation.

In-depth knowledge of digital analytics, measurement and methodologies.

Great understanding of how digital properties are implemented and led on a global scale.

Technical Requirements

5+ years of front-end web development and hands-on analytics implementation experience-proficient in coding and reviewing HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.

3+ years minimum of project management experience.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics implementation in a native platform environment (iOS preferred).

Experience with leveraging analytics API to build automated tools for dashboard reporting or for large-scale data queries.

Experience with Observe Point or other analytics audit tools.

Experience with data reporting and visualization tools such as Adobe Workspace, Tableau, Pandas, SQL,
