We are currently seeking for a high-potential intern to join our European management team to support and collaborate with portfolio growth initiatives. You will work closely at all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally to develop distinctive plans with outstanding financial outcomes.

Tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Market Research & Competitive Landscape

Support Management team to understand market drivers, competitors, and overall business environment through collecting and interpreting market data

Collaborate with competitive analysis to assess sources of competitive advantage

Engage with analysis of market attractiveness, commercial viability, and share of demand to evaluate new product introductions and other growth programs

Portfolio Performance & Lifecycle

Collect Data to support Product Performance analysis

Create Dashboards and support management reporting sessions

Support phase-in and phase-out plans including Portfolio Rationalization initiatives

Support Demand Planning and Manufacturing Plans agendas

Value Proposition & Product Positioning

Support Product Managers addressing the customer problem compared to the next best alternative with the monetary value the offering provides to the customer.

Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

Graduation in Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing or related subjects

Possibility to come to the office in Rolle 3x a week.

English is a must have French, German or another European language is a plus
