Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Camilla GA 31730
Duration: 3+ Months(Possibility Extension)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for performing routine administrative duties such as typing professional correspondence memos and other documents.
- Data entry and organizing record keeping.
- Keeping a detailed and accurate order entry.
- Operating a switchboard or answering a multiple-line telephone and handling routine inquiries or requests directing calls or taking messages.
- Communicating on the radio system.
- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Sorting and distributing mail and faxes.
- Preparing UPS and Federal Express shipments.
- Photocopying.
- Maintaining files.
- Generating reports.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Coordinating travel reservations.
- Ordering supplies; and any other duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirement:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1 plus years experience.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters spreadsheets and or graphics for personal business use or creating simple queries and simply formatted data output using a fourth-generation language.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
Special Skills: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking is necessary
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
