The Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst (IT BSA) will be responsible for working closely with our partners across Commerical Sales Organization and Managed Care & Customer Operations (MCCO) and within IT to understand and help shape the

The Lead Business Systems Analyst (IT BSA Lead) will be responsible for working closely with our partners across CMG IT to understand and help shape the strategic drivers and tactical needs to successfully deliver an experience that is intuitive, scalable, and stable.

The IT Business Systems Analyst will be supporting projects in the Patient Access Space
Facilitate workshops - story-boarding workshops, translate story-boarding artifacts into an electronic format and provide input in design sessions
Clearly communicate - keeping IT and business partners apprised of developments and requirements, key metrics

Good domain Knowledge in Pharma and Life Sciences with emphasis in Patient Engagement area

Analyze and document current and future business process models
Analyze and document requirements (scope), business rules (use cases)
Identify opportunities to enhance existing features to suite business needs
Plan and manage user acceptance test (UAT), create UAT scripts and facilitate UAT; report out on UAT progress and outcomes
Mentor the teams on UX best practices and oversee the creation of delightful prototypes & dashboards
Perform knowledge transfer to training and communication teams
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Users & with Leadership team on IT and Business to understand Business needs and vision
Good knowledge on new features that Technology can offer and be up to date on new products in Patient Support space
Lead business stakeholders and other business systems analysts thru the business analysis lifecycle
Work closely with Product Manager, Project Manager, Technical Lead, Developers, Software Quality Assurance Lead to accomplish a successful project delivery, focused on Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Other Duties As Assigned:
The IT BSA will establish themselves as a "thought partner" with internal customers
Conducting 1:1 or group interviews, facilitating workshops
Facilitating and supporting system and user acceptance testing
Participating in roadmap discussions and vendor assessments

Work as a Product Lead/Owner and prioritize the requirements as per business needs

As a Product Owner drive new initiatives as per business priorities

Keeping management apprised of developments through clear and timely communication
Overseeing and mentoring resources on solution or project teams
Overseeing consultant resources as applicable
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, systems design, or equivalent field
Post-graduate work in a related field preferred

Qualifications:
10+ experience as Business Analyst, Product Lead/Owner and support information systems projects
5+ experience in SFDC - especially around Service Cloud, Community Cloud,
Demonstrated excellence in analysis, prioritization, documentation, facilitation and presentation skills
Strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, small and large group facilitation skills
Pharma, Life sciences industry and commercial business process knowledge preferred
Project planning experience beneficial
Proven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence
Demonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and risk
Follow SAFe/Agile project methodologies and apply all the practices of SAFe methodologies
