Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate/Manage projects between several BUs Finance, Procurement, Infrastructure, Information Security, etc.
• Deals with transformation or organization's goals, processes or technologies.
• Identify process improvements, author requisite documentation and drive required changes company-wide.
• Implement strategies for effecting change, control change and help people adapt to change.
• Possess presentation skills and communicate effectively to executive leadership.
• Displays effective interpersonal skills.
• Manage scheduled, track tasks and report status.
• Facilitate meetings with vendors and cross-functional participants if needed.
• Author and maintain procedural documentation.
• Manage and track project-specific financials.
• Flexible to support APAC and EMEA regions as needed.
• Display good leadership skills in managing risks, bringing teams together and deal with ambiguity.

Job Description:

• 5+ years' experience as a technology focused Project Manager in a broad range of infrastructure related projects, including network, server and database solution deployments.
• Must have a good understanding of IT infrastructure - Network technologies (LAN/WAN/Wi-FI), Audio & Visual, Servers.
• Schedule Management - Understanding of how to create, manage and understand impacts to project scope, constraints, and schedule.
• Manages projects according to work plan and can perform critical path analysis.
• Budget/financial management and analysis skills.
• Possess presentation and communication skills.
• Manufacturing experience is not a requirement but would be beneficial.
• Able to translate complex IT concepts to the business.
