Job Title: GCP Landing Zone Infrastructure Automation & DevOps Architect
Location: Waltham, MA (Initially remote then onsite)

Technical Skills
The candidate shall have though hands on knowledge and experience in Infrastructure as Code Terraform. Hands on knowledge of GCP App Engine, Pub-sub, Cloud Functions, Aggregated Logging and Monitoring, KMS, Secret Manager, Dialog Flow, and other Google Cloud Services. Hands-on on creating CI-CD pipelines with terraform using Jenkins and Google Cloud Native cloud build. Manage CI/CD and version control systems. Deep understanding of terraform root modules and sub modules. Parameterization of the code. Have good understanding of branching strategy and code push and maintenance of the source code repository. Good Hands-on Google Cloud SDK, PowerShell, terraform and shell scripting. Have experience on setting up base LZ or foundation build in GCP along with Cloud Functions. Resource Hierarchy and Organization policies Should have Fair understanding of GCP VPCs and Shared VPCs, DNS, Routes and VPC Firewall rules security services such as KMS and Secret Manager. Design scalable and elastic solutions for high availability and disaster recovery, including microservices, and serverless architectures. Should have exposure integrating Logging and Monitoring with 3rd party SIEM solution Splunk
Responsibilities:
- Able to create Jenkins CICD pipelines with terraform and other scripting languages.
- Able to create GCP Landing zone using CI-CD pipelines with remote state and other considerations.
- Should be able to handle any Google cloud SDK issues with Jenkins or Cloud build.
- Able to troubleshoot any errors coming out of terraform versions and syntax or access permissions or some other.
- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the field and internal teams.
