Marketing Director/VP (m/f/d)

Timeless is unlocking investing in collectibles by offering a platform where you can buy limited shares of exclusive assets, such as rare sneakers, watches and luxury cars, and profit from their performance. Tasks

• You will develop and oversee our Marketing strategy, including PR, social and content channels - starting in Germany, but keeping a global vision in mind/think Europe expansion
• You will setup and optimize our current processes and KPIs
• You will bring together branding, content, social media, performance marketing and PR to generate inbound investment
• Growing the community to foster the movement toward our Vision
• You will manage campaigns with very high-profile brands and grow a community of investors and appeal to them by exploring concepts of virtual ownership via virtual reality and other strategies
• You will grow our marketing team and build a motivational and performance-driven environment for our current and future team members

Requirements

• 8+ years in a Marketing leading position (at least 5+ years in a leadership position), in VC-backed enterprises and/or high growth startups
• You are passionate about collectibles, fintech products & community building
• You can speak and write in German & English at a native level
• You are passionate about fintech products, the collectables market and community building
• You have a strong B2C background and a proven record of not only meeting, but actually exceeding your Marketing targets
• You thrive in a cross-functional environment and are able to understand technology, product development and define requirements for your marketing initiatives
