Responsibilities
o Achieve quarterly and annual targets for TCV and Revenue
o Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other business development goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
o Lead customer specific market research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with presales, marketing, and solution development teams.
o Work in close collaboration with TCS market development, sales and solution sales teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs.
o Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
o Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
o Adhere to all TCS business development, human resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards, and guidelines
Qualifications:
o Large Program Management preferable with Sales Management & Operations, Business Development
o Strong business development (hunter) profile with proven track record of success in BPO/ IT services outsourcing solutions to insurance and financial services firms within the US geography
o Experience in building strong relationships with CxOs of insurance and financial services firms within US.
o At least 12-15 years of experience in selling similar solutions / products /services in the region, preferably working in leading services firms with prior experience of working with offshore teams.
O Strong communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.
