We are currently looking for a motivated Logistics Analyst I to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The logistics Analyst monitores schedules for shipping and delivery of materials for Regional Factory and PDC, communicates with the customs agent and customers to schedule outbound deliveries, arranges transport incoming and outgoing transactions, participates in inventories return material to suppliers (RMA), processes logistics complaints. Review routes and carrier shipping conditions as applicable.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the shipment of customer orders
• Prepares and passes requisition forms and booking files to the Finance & Procurement department until SAP goes live.
• Communicates with the Factory Scheduler / Planner and CIC (customer integration center). Master Scheduler the scheduled pick-up date of the order.
• Manages the relations between PDC, RF, and the Forwarders
• Communicate with the customs agent on the discharge process and export from PDC and RF.
• Shipments of RM process.
• Logistic claims to suppliers, and shipping agents and follow up for all necessary shipping documents from suppliers.
• Follows the standardized work related to the PDV and RF activities
• Works together with the local HSE co-coordinator to ensure that all HSE goals, objectives, and regulations are in place and followed
• Works together with the local Quality co-coordinator to ensure that all quality goals related to his/her activities, objectives, and regulations are in place and followed
• Actively contributes to improving opportunities for PDC and RF management activities by applying the HOS (operation system) principles in the logistics & shipping process
• Accurate management of documents, from SAP packing list, and invoice for PDC.
• Purchase requests for Certificate of Origin, EUR1
• Generate from SAP INTRASTAT

Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

• Warehouse experience preferably in SAP environment
• High school diploma is required.
• Knowledge of MS Office. (Excel advanced).
• ERP system, preferable (SAP).
• Fluent English (min B2)
• Planning skills
• Team player
• Communication skills

WE VALUE

• University degree.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience. (Logistic, supply chain, warehouse management).
