Examples of your tasks

• Processing outgoing invoices to our customers & managing the collection process
• Pre-accounting of monthly transactions and invoices in preparation for our external accountant
• Assistance with payment processes (for incoming and outgoing invoices, travel expenses, salaries, taxes)
• Support in BI & Analytics tasks
• Support in managing the financial plan & semi-annual budgeting process

What we think will help you to fulfill these tasks:

• Excellent German and English skills
• Previous work experience in a similar role or through internship, ideally in a startup
• Above average results during your training or studies
• Structured, goal-oriented and autonomous work with a lot of commitment and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheet skills
