The candidate must have excellent communication skills and located onshore to perform the activities. Co-ordinate with customer to understand the requirements for support and perform the analysis on incidents received. Co-ordinate with other groups supporting the product and application to take issues to resolution. Conduct weekly calls with Different groups and update the status of open issues. Conduct weekly connect with customer and provide status on progress. Co-ordinate with offshore and guide to perform the deliverable actions and work as a team. Ability to steer the meetings with stakeholders. Resolve incidents received in a timely fashion. Available to take on call responsibilities on rotation basis.
Must Have Skills
ITIL Incident management Knowledge Proficient in Communication Skills Available for on-call rotations (Weekly rotation) Understanding of Service Now Knowledge of POS devices Knowledge of Splunk Knowledge of payment services Gateway (Any gateway)

- Working knowledge of SQL
