RN MED SURG

Duties: The RN assumes the responsibility and accountability for providing safe and competent direct/indirect nursing care for Medical/Surgical patients in accordance with Northwest Texas Hospital policies, standards and philosophy.- Ability to integrate nursing theory into practice using nursing process.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to problem-solve and work effectively with patients, families, staff and physicians.- Ability to plan and organize work.- Ability to work independently and in teams.- Demonstrates Services Excellence at all times. - Other duties as assigned

Skills: BLS - RequiredCurrent RN License Vallid in the state of Texas - RequiredMed/Surg Experience - Required: 1 YearsPrimary Source On-Line Verification - RequiredRN Travel Experience - Required: 1 Years

Education: Graduate of an accredited ADN program
