Travel RN Nurse MedSurg (Texas)

Active RN state license (TX state) 12 yrs acute care experience BLS and ACLS certifications
13week contract
36hrs/week
12hrs/day
Night shift
Gross Salary: $1636/week (includes stipend of $1000 /)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside care for a variety of patients including pre and postop patients.
- Prepare administer and record prescribed medication reporting any adverse reactions to treatment.
- Change dressings insert catheters and start IVs.
- Prepares equipment and aids physician during examination and treatment of patient.
- Educates patients on surgical procedures.
- Participates in discharge planning and initiates patient education plan as prescribed by physician.
