Provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization. They maintain the accuracy of employee files, organize and screen CV and resumes, manage job ads, and assist in the implementation of company policies
Provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to The HR Team clients and teammates.
Requirements :
Bachelor and #x27;s degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field. Proven experience working in an office environment.
Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers. Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers. Conducting inductions of new staff. Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review.
