Data Analyst (f/m/d)

By providing design concepts and research results based on
understanding our players, our games, and the gaming market, the
Players Insights & Optimization team ensures high-quality
experiences in usability and data-driven insights for strategic
decisions. Because our team shares touchpoints across disciplines, we
build bridges between departments to better understand the gameplay
experience. In addition, we are gamers and promote a gaming culture in
the company.

Tasks

• You develop actionable reports on a weekly/monthly basis
• You consolidate, validate and aggregate data from different data sources
• You design and develop complex statistical models
• You interpret the data and analysis results with goal-oriented recommendations
• In close contact with our game centers and service departments, you
  provide ongoing in-house data-analytics consulting (including in-game
  tracking and in-game analytics)
• You identify areas for further development and improvement of our games
• You design and implement KPIs that will be used company-wide

Requirements

• You have successfully completed studies in a data-oriented discipline (e.g. statistics, mathematics, business informatics)
• You have experience in data analysis
• You have experience in working with SQL, R and/or Python
• You have basic knowledge of tracking tools
• You have an in-depth understanding of analysis and confident handling of large data sets
• You have very good and goal-oriented communication skills
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• You are passionate in games
