Social Media & Community Manager (m/f/x) - France

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase patient and partner satisfaction and user loyalty
• You are the sparring partner of our internal departments and you communicate your comments, evaluations and observations to customer service, brand, marketing and other teams
• You keep an eye on all French online portals where DR SMILE is mentioned
• You react to comments on the web as soon as possible, seek dialogue with the authors and users and propose solutions if necessary
• You quickly get an idea of the promoters and detractors; you know how to identify and respond to them - because you can read and assess the moods and trends in the forums correctly
• You monitor the competition and keep up to date with trends and best practices
• You identify the terms that are still in German on our site and propose the best possible translation

Your Skills

• You have a degree in communication or significant professional experience and a clear understanding of the online world
• You know and identify with our brand and products
• You already have some experience in evaluating and analyzing online portals (e.g., professional articles, customer reviews and opinions on all forums, professional articles, review portals)
• You have an appetite for the startup world and want to be part of a great adventure with strong growth and therefore many opportunities
• You have a perfect command of French and English spelling and grammar.
• You like to find translations that sound as accurate as possible
