Tasks
L2 Application Support
Lyon France
Fulltime Permanent ( 100% onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Provide secondlevel support for application issues including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix software bugs and performance issues.
- Monitor application performance and system health ensuring optimal operation and uptime.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of software updates and patches.
Requirements
Skills required:
L1 /L2 Support experience in products like SAP Netsuite and PLM Teamcenter Microsoft Stack Suite Microsort PowerBIApps Office 365 Sharepoint. Onedrive MS Dynamics .
Training will be provided on technologies without knowledge and experience.
