Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
Experience in ServiceNow - ITIL/ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), Problem and Incident Management.
Preferred Qualifications Deep experience on ServiceNow platform in the areas of ITIL/ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), Problem and Incident Management
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service catalogs).
Experience integrating external systems with the ServiceNow using integration solutions, including ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, KAFKA etc.
Good to have certification - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / ServiceNow implementation/ ServiceNow Admin
Must be able to communicate complex ideas with both customers and peers in written and oral form
Leading key Functional and Design meetings with stakeholders and architecture team
Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills, cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
Analytical and assertive, optimistic, solution oriented, and creative with an open mind
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
