Technical Architect AWS

• Overall 10-15 years experience with AWS Architect role for 7+ years Good hands on AWS Services like EC2 ECS Fargate Docker on AWS Lamdba RDS Cloud Watch Cloud and other services
• Expertise in Cloud Governance and compliance Able to devise novel migration approaches when migrating unsupported systems and high-level estimation for different treatment types rehost re platform refactor re architect Able to simply and clearly communicate technical design both high level and low level in conversation documentation and presentations
• Able to make effective decisions within fast moving delivery Able to manage a team in delivering to a migration plan Working knowledge of cloud automation services and tooling Experience mentoring and coaching members of your team and wider community Active participation in knowledge sharing activities both within the team and at a wider capability level and externally where appropriate Proven ability in Cloud assessment AWS Azure to arrive at the ideal treatment option and present convince the client on the same Desirable
• Expertise in utilising the latest migration approaches and technologies including the containerisation of services Has sound knowledge on one or more programming languages such as C Java legacy programming languages etc and application architecture principles

• Ownership & Accountability-Take ownership of your product/features -keep a keen eye out for bugs that might arise, ardently resolve them.
• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision-Expert in Python, with an excellent knowledge and experience on Python Django-Excellent knowledge and experience on ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries-Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system-Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture-Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, VueJS-Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python-Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform-Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes-Strong unit test and debugging skills-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, Mercurial or SVN}}-Working knowledge of AWS, DevOps (Jenkins, CI/CD,GitHub,GitLab etc.)
