Description:
The client is looking for a Desktop Support II.

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
4-7 years experience with desktop support
Windows and Mac OS experience.
Microsoft 365 experience
Nice to Have:
Great customer service
Audio/Video skills
Experience in a university setting
Interview Process: One round. Video conference with cameras on.
Contract Duration: 3/31/2023

Onsite only. Must be a WI resident or willing to relocate at contractors' expense
Additional details:
Provide on-site and remote support to approximately 120 UWEX employees. The support is focused on individual user's computing
environment including:
Laptop and desktop hardware, Hardware accessories such as monitors, docks, printers, headsets, common applications such as
Microsoft Office, internet browsers, conferencing solutions such as Teams, Zoom, and Webex, Connectivity to networked resources via
VPN or direct network connections and support of conferencing solutions in conference rooms (Cisco RoomKits).
