National Head - Academic and Opeartion

• This is for the retail vertical of ICA Eduskills Private Limited.
• The company is an education tech company and we impart certification courses on Tally, GST, financial accounting, Direct Taxation, Business Accounting, Advance Account etc., the courses runs across more than 100 centers in the country
• The courses are already designed by our promoter Dr. Narendra Shyamsukha, who is himself a CA.
• The position will head the academics and will handle a team of 30-40 people at the corporate level and more than 400 trainers/ faculties across the 100 and more centers (own and franchisee) pan India.
• He will have to monitor the faculties, their performance, oversee the deliveries, the content (which is already designed), he may have to update the modules as and when required and as per the rules or other changes in the GST etc., He will act, if required as the bridge between the faculty and the franchisee partner.
• We are looking for a person with CA or inter or completed 1 group of CA, with very good leadership qualities, able to take decision on his own, able to face the leadership team.
• The position will be located at Sector V at Salt lake Kolkata, however the person will have to travel for 10-12 days a month or as and when required.
