Job Title:- ServiceNow Specialist
Job Location:- Orlando, FL (Remote)
Technical Knowledge Required for this Role: The incumbent should have an overall experience of 7 -9 years in engineering & development role with 5 years specific to specific to ServiceNow software suite, in the below technical areas:
- Good Understanding of development and implementation of "as a service" and cloud platforms and products.
- Experience of Development of Customized SaaS Platforms
- Previous experience implementing and configuring the ServiceNow software suite in one or more of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Asset Management, Release Management, Asset Management, IT Cost Management, Discovery, Orchestration, ITOM
- ServiceNow Developer-level training and / or equivalent hands-on experience
- In-depth understanding and hands-on application of Service Management business processes. ITIL/ITOM knowledge is a plus.
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow Data Model High-level understanding of the ServiceNow integration (with other systems / applications) architecture, in particular API's
- Capable of managing own workload as well as planning / directing the activities of others. Includes work planning, creation of status reports, managing project financials, etc.
- Experience working with a diverse functional and technical team on multiple concurrent streams / tracks of work
- Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business community and translate them into functional and technical requirements which can be estimated for complexity and then queued for implementation
- Has experience functioning as a Senior developer/Lead role in multiple ServiceNow implementations
- Ability to build & present solutions & proposals to global clients.

Educational Qualifications:
- A Masters or bachelor's degree in engineering with specialization in Computer Science /Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication is essential for this role.
- ServiceNow Certified professional (preferred)
- Application Development & IP creation work experience a strong plus
Must have working experience in two or more of the below mention modules specific to ServiceNow:
- ITSM o ITOM o CMDB o Discovery o Service Mapping o Orchestration o Asset Management o CSM o Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) o Security Operations o ITBM o HR Case Management
- The following skills are highly desired, but not required: o Certified Scrum Master o Certified System Administrator o Certified Application Developer of ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Abilities & Skill required The role incumbent need to be proficient in the following skills:
