Position: Digital Tools Product Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA
Department: Technology & Operations (T&O)
Digital Tools
The Digital Tools team is responsible for managing and coordinating activities for many of the firm's enterprise collaboration tools, including the Microsoft 365 product suite, Box, Miro, NetDocuments, DocuSign, and other SaaS technologies.
As a Digital Tools Product Specialist, you will:
Work with your product peers, squad members and engineering lead to prioritize and coordinate projects and tasks.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to redefine product onboarding processes.
Define stories, build, and prioritize the backlogs for assigned products to unlock value for our business users quickly and safely.
Build and execute project plans. Templatize and apply lessons learned to similar projects and deliverables.
Work with vendors and third parties to escalate issues, and petition for feature and enhancement requests.
Partner with internal teams around licensing requirements.
Provide technical and process support and guidance where appropriate.
What You'll Need:
3-5 years of experience in a technology operational, project, or product management role.
3-5 years of experience in internal digital tools
3-5 years of experience in technical documentation and user-facing documentation
Strong working knowledge of agile frameworks.
Excellent communication, project management, analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Experience in technical roles.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the following products: NetDocuments, M365 (Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams)
