Program Manager III

Summary:

We are looking for someone who will Own and manage business-critical programs, developing actionable plans to achieve goals

Responsibilities:

• Structure and lead project teams, clearly defining roles, strategy, deliverables and timeline
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with product, policy, and engineering teams in Google Research, YouTube Ads, Youtube.
• Help coordinate the team as its plans for annual and quarterly goals, and help the team track ongoing progress, keeping a close eye on stakeholder needs and dependencies

Skills/ Education/ Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent practical experience (5 years Program Management experience in a large software or technology company)
• Experience managing projects across multiple verticals, industries and/or geographical areas
• Experience building trust with and influencing stakeholders
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience leading dynamic, large-scale and cross-functional projects across organizational boundaries with excellent stakeholder management skills
