Role Summary: As a Leadership Development Program Coordinator you will play a crucial role in contributing to the launch and success of the companys Emerging Leaders and Advanced Leader Programs. You will be responsible for metrics analysis documentation learning content creation and program milestone management.
4. What are the key responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with Microsoft Curriculum Managers and trainers to identify specific business needs and propose training solutions.
Assess the needs of target audiences and design develop and maintain courseware using elearning authoring tools.
Create interactive and engaging content including videos quizzes and simulations.
Develop supporting materials such as slides handouts and lab instructions for training programs.
Incorporate subject matter experts expertise into various types of training.
Stay updated on available learning programs and external seminars.
Analyze data and program metrics to measure the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
02 years of overall experience in the field.
Experience in project management and data analysis.
Proficiency in video editing and SharePoint.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Certification in project management (preferred but not required).
