Senior Product Designer

Our client belongs to the global agency family of one of the world's leading communication groups. Together with their client partners, they develop creative solutions for distinctive brand experiences, scalable platforms as well as business and product innovations.

For the development of user-centred concepts for digital products and services in their German Digital Platform and Product hub, we are looking for a:

Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) (full-time)

The location of the role is D sseldorf. Hybrid work setup with 2 days on-site the studio is located in a beautifully restored historic factory building in the heart of D sseldorf.

The role:

• Development of innovative service platforms for clients in the fields of: Mobility, Banking and Prop Tech
• Development of personas and customer journeys
• Development of wireframes and prototypes
• Development of navigation concepts and information architecture
• Planning and execution of user research and user testing
• Support in the design and implementation of workshops and customer presentations
• Collaboration with product owners, strategists, designers, and developers in agile processes (The design team currently consists of 6 mostly mid-level designers + 3 service designers and strategists). It's less about service design and design strategy there are specialists in the team for that. The technical implementation is carried out with external development partners.
• Leading a small team of content designers and freelancers

Requirements

• At least 4 years of active project experience in UX design
• Confident handling of tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in designing sitemaps, user flows, transaction flows, scenarios, wireframes, personas, and navigation models
• Experience with agile project work, corresponding methods and process affinity
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and trends
• A hands-on mentality, independent work and initiative
• Experience in UI design or the ability to develop visual prototypes would be a plus
