Tasks

• Represent a worldwide brand;
• Integrate a multicultural environment;
• Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer;
• Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents;
• Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions;
• Channels of communication: email/chat as well as phone calls.

Requirements

You Must be Native or C2 level on 1 of these languages

• #italian or
• #french or
• #german

You MUST have an English C1 level or minimum B2

EU Passport required
