Experience in developing/maintaining all core components of Archer development (i.e., Role/Groups/Record Permissions, Fields/Layouts, Questionnaires, Sub-Forms, global value lists, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Notifications (subscription & on-demand), Calculated Fields, Cross references, data imports, iViews, Mail merge etc.).

Detailed Job Description:

8+ Years' experience in the development, enhancements, testing, and support of RSA Archer GRC solutions in Enterprise & Operational Risk Management, Regulatory & Compliance management, Audit Management, Policy Management, Issues Management, Controls etc..

Bachelor's degree or five or more years of work experience.

Experience in developing/maintaining all core components of Archer development (i.e., Role/Groups/Record Permissions, Fields/Layouts, Questionnaires, Sub-Forms, global value lists, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Notifications (subscription & on-demand), Calculated Fields, Cross references, data imports, iViews, Mail merge etc.).

Develop custom solutions, applications, and questionnaires in the RSA Archer/vGRC platform.

Create high-level and detailed design document for the development /enhancements

Being responsible for end-to-end configuration of new/existing eGRC applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC (e.g., layout, access controls, workflow, notifications, packaging).

Support Archer development solutions deployment to test and production environment, Package install.

Assist in preparation of formal documentation, including requirements specifications, system design documents, use case, and other operations manuals.

Providing recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development/architecture of the Archer platform.

Partnering with vendor support as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.

Providing support in troubleshooting production issues when necessary. RSA Archer Certified Associate is nice to have
