Location: Glenview, IL (Hybrid role 1 day a week onsite)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in full development life cycle of eApp
• Use .NET Framework and a supported programming language.
• Design, development, document, test, and debug of new and existing software systems and/or applications.
• Serve as technical expert on development projects
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality
• Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation
• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs
• Knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices
• Conducts the most complex and vital work critical to the organization
• May mentor less experienced peers and display leadership as needed
• Be adept at juggling several projects and initiatives simultaneously through appropriate prioritization

Required

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience with configuration tools is a must.
• 3-5 years experience with .NET, jQuery and HTML
• Must have previous experience with API Design & Management
• Able to work a Hybrid work model coming on-site at least once a week.
• Must have hands-on Full stack development/full software development life cycle (SDLC) experience along with design, development and maintenance of applications
• Must have experience in design, document and major enhancements in the applications
• Exhibit written and spoken English fluency
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

• Previous experience working with Figma is strongly preferred, other configuration management tools could be considered as well.
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Previous experience revamping websites for mobile use is preferred
