Your Role

As our first full-time performance marketeer, you will professionalize our campaigns to inform patients about a revolution in health care. From designing campaigns to execution, testing, and analysis, you will cover the full breadth of performance marketing across all channels. At Avi, you have the chance to bring in your own ideas, work with a young and highly motivated team, and deliver on a purpose.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, manage and execute the user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Google Search, Meta)
• Monitoring the performance and continuously optimizing the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests
• Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting, as well as contributing to an automation of campaign management
• Contribute in the development of a launch plan for new practices in close collaboration with the Expansion & Operation teams
• Identify and manage new channels (e.g. emailing, youtube, display, social paid)

Required Skills & Experiences

• 2+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing in a fast-growing start up
• In-depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on: Google, and Meta ecosystem, native platforms, and SEO with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
• Very good understanding of digital data analytics
• Excellent skills to break down complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
• Great collaboration and strong communications skills within your team and across the company
• Full proficiency in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
