Business Coordinator

Job responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and lead team and internal customer meetings
Pre-review A&P materials:

o Promotional Material Review & Approval form completeness check (i.e., description and reason for change are complete and accurate, form questions are answered correctly, SME reviewers are accurately identified, etc.)
o Review and confirm all required content and attachments are present
o Review and confirm all meta deta info sections in Veeva are completed per A&P procedure
o Review and redline for appropriate use of disclaimers, footnotes, anchors sufficiently support claim, etc.

Develop and maintain work instructions, guidelines and how to documents related to the A&P procedure
Support team response to audit requests.

Ideally, but not required, experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.

Required Experience:

2 to 4+ years of relevant experience. We will consider experience in advertising and promotions, marketing, regulatory affairs, quality, etc.; anything that involves reviewing documentation for regulatory compliance.

Preferred industry backgrounds include: Medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutrition.

Experience in a QMS such as Veeva Vault.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a relevant scientific field is highly preferred.
