Qa Manager

Responsabilises:
• Responsible for the design of an overall, robust test plan and strategy
• Identify and manage software testing / quality risks and define mitigation strategies
• Coordinate E2E testing execution, both internally and with clients or other external partners as needed
• Work with Delivery Management, Business and Technical Product owners and application principals to confirm schedules and resource allocation
• Work with the teams to efficiently resolve issues
• Maintain dashboards on E2E testing progress and issues for reporting to various levels of management
• Promote cross-functional communication and advocate continuous improvement
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and help implement best practices
• Identify automation opportunities
• Responsible for cross-functional test preparation and execution as well as end-to-end production readiness verification
• Elaborate test strategy, overall test approaches, and test plans with the different functions and external providers
• Establish and increase automated testing frameworks for UI and WBS testing automation
• Work on Agile (Scrum) teams, and /or in a DevOps organization
