Handle and solve relevant escalated helpdesk tickets and activities according to service level agreements and departmental policies, and when needed escalate issues to IT Manager and/or vendor
Maintain professional and positive vendor relationships
Assist the IT Manager in creating relevant IT Policies
Manage all matters related to own area in accordance with the local legislations
Assist the IT Manager in preparing a business continuity plan and implement related procedures for disaster recovery of Systems and related applications
Work together with the IT Manager and the IT team in developing the departmental and individual objectives, and implement related objectives as assigned
Ensure full security and data integrity of all assigned Systems
