Who youare
An exciting, newly created role, you will act as a leader within the Enterprise Clients team for Occupier Services in the Americas, leading select strategic Client accounts that have a core scope in Retail Transaction Advisory and Management as well as additional services. You will manage delivery of exceptional service and strategic direction for clients and play a role in the ongoing advancement of the Enterprise Clients platform, focusing on industry leading service delivery and the implementation of best-in-class tools, technology and processes.
What you bring
10+ years of ICSC membership and retail store real estate transaction experience, with strong preference for representation of, or employment by, high-end, notable brands
Demonstrated existing quality relationships with executives and decision makers with major US-based Retailers
Experience with leading Quarterly and Annual client business reviews, spearheading initiatives (including Best Practices and Lessons Learned, and Performance Measurement and Management) through active engagement with clients, and leading respective account teams to ensure compliance quality, and goal achievement.
Track record of delivering a Client Real Estate strategy for retail stores and renewals and relocations
Demonstrate an excellent ability to lead and direct account teams to complete comprehensive analyses on client portfolios and create executive summaries which identify opportunities for clients to create store growth, take advantage of attractive markets, etc
Strong skills in the following areas: , financial analysis, relationship building, time management, planning and organizing, written and verbalcommunications, business management, human relations and team leadership.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Portfolio Optimization, CRE Strategy, CRE Organizational Design, Account and Transaction Management, Project Management, Lease Administration and IWMS technology
Bonus skills and experience
Strong track record of creative problem solving and ideation.
Strong ability to work under pressure, perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions.
What success lookslike
Youwill successfully work within the Retail sector to evolve client relationships and generate revenue meeting or exceeding annual plans.
You will work with OS team members to develop a strong track record and competency in retail client servicing, adding to our growing list of globally recognized reference clients.
