JOB SUMMARY:

The Commercial Strategy Manager for AB ONE will support the Commercial team by using fact based data to develop insights, identify opportunities and present recommendations that support the execution of our sales enablers, improve our retail capabilities, and drive topline growth. This position requires an individual who takes ownership of their work, that is detail orientated, strongly analytical and always pushes themselves to reach higher and accomplish more.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support key stakeholders including AB ONE President, VP Commercial and local Division leadership teams by providing routine sales insights, ad hoc support, and sales/share analysis to identify emerging trends
Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, uncover root cause of performance gaps and effectively communicate actional insights
Create and update sales presentations for use in routine communication meetings, retailer visits and planning meetings
Synthesize findings from retail sales analysis and translate insights into impactful retail selling stories
Collaborate across stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy dynamic reporting to improve visibility of performance across sales enablers
Launch, train, and troubleshoot issues for new retail related technology and reporting rollouts


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly category management and information-based selling).
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity to desired outcomes, work with large datasets, and distill analyses into relevant insights with a structured and systematic thought process.
Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PowerBI) to understand information, develop insights and find opportunities when analyzing large data sets.
High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information based recommendation using a range of syndicated and non-syndicated data sources.
Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills.
Field and/or retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries.
Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
Experience in consulting, accounting, technology, CPG, liquor, or accounting industry experience preferred
Beer/alcohol industry knowledge preferred
