Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides excellent customer service to clients by updating work orders, answering questions and resolving concerns.
Key Duites
Assist customers by answering queries, problem solving and providing detailed information as well follow-up when necessary;
Build strong relationships and adapt to the clients specific needs while maintaining The National Fix interests;
Competencies
Desire to exceed in client servicing
Able to provide superior customer service, with attention to quality and detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent team player with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Able to take initiative and demonstrate good judgment
Proven ability to work independantly
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Excel and Word
Accuracy and speed
