The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides excellent customer service to clients by updating work orders, answering questions and resolving concerns.
Key Duites
Assist customers by answering queries, problem solving and providing detailed information as well follow-up when necessary;
Build strong relationships and adapt to the clients specific needs while maintaining The National Fix interests;
