Job Description
Senior Azure Programmer ( PR5)
Hybrid, 2 days/month at client location
Hybrid, 2 days/month at client location
We are seeking an experienced Azure programmer to lead the department's cloud migration effort by developing cloud migration strategy and architecture. The contractor is responsible for analyzing current applications for PaaS modernization and adopting a migration approach in collaboration with application development team.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
Lead discussion and provide guidance to technical teams regarding operational, technical, and procedural best practices and functional experience
Lead efforts to integrate existing legacy systems with proposed systems by identifying gaps between the current and future state, and potentially lead the implementation of solutions
Develop applications using .net core technologies for Azure migration.
Modify existing .net 4.5 enterprise application for enhancements.
Lead technical and end-user resources to execute detailed tests and analyze testing results.
Document and communicate issues, solutions, and timelines to appropriate stakeholders
Assist with implementation of monitoring tools

Experience in developing .net 6/.net core application
Experience in Azure data factory, Azure blob storage, Azure App service Environment
Experience in UI development using Razor pages, Telerik controls
Experience in migrating existing .NET application to Azure
Experience in Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
Experience in JQuery, KnockoutJS ,Bootstrap , Angular
Experience in developing using Microsoft .NET, C#, MVC, SOA
Experience with PL/SQL and stored procedures in Oracle, SQL Server and Azure SQL
Experience with SSRS, Power BI, ETL using SSIS
Experience with participating in SCRUM and/or Agile methodologies, and following timelines to complete projects on time
Experience leading/mentoring team members
Experience in triage and troubleshooting issues.
Demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills
2 days onsite per month
