Role: SCCM Engineer
Location: Rosemont, IL(Initial Remote)
Experience: 6 - 8 Years
Required Technical/ Functional Skill Set:
Over all 6-8 years of experience Administrate & Manage SCCM Infrastructure. Monitoring SCCM Infrastructure. SCCM Client Health checkup & remediate the inactive clients. Schedule Monthly Patch deployment for Non-Prod/Production Servers. Remediating Servers whichever have patch failure case. Addressing Servers based on the Nessus generated report which are in High/Critical Vulnerability Risk. Application Package creation & deployment for the Standard Software. Third Party Software Package creation & deployment will be done based on the User/Manager request. Remediating Application deployment failure cases. SCCM workload management Generate Compliance Report in terms of Patch/Application. Effective Build of Patch for server and desktops using SCCM Build Software packaging using SCCM Create Software Update groups with monthly Microsoft Office Updates and Third Party Updates. Verify all previous missing patches based on Vulnerability list from Tenable and add them to Software Update Groups. Create Deployment Packages using software update groups and distribute content to all distribution points. Create Software updates Deployments to workstation collections as per the deployment schedule. Troubleshoot patching issues on workstations to get better compliance levels to reduce vulnerabilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for requirements gathering and requirements analysis in area of specialization. Work with stakeholders to understand current state and to identify the future state for the proposed solution. Analyze data and identify gaps in the proposed solution, make recommendations for resolving gaps, and monitor results. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business. Produce the requirement documentation (Functional and non-functional).
