You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs part of a longer-term transformation, Finance is seeking to improve Time Sheet and Expense Reimbursement (TERS) outcomes (e.g., reducing manual adjustments) with a Service Line Lead who will own the overall strategy and vision of the process, guide and drive the roadmap of initiatives and progress toward KPIs. You will collaborate closely with the Cell Finance leaders, Global Process Owners, System, Change Leads and Transformation team leads to transform the end-to-end Time Sheet and Expense Reimbursement process. Qualifications 15+ years of hands-on experience and expertise in TERS or comparable workflows (e.g., billing and AR), including transformation management and program management Operational experience with SAP or Oracle, applications for project-based revenue and cost accumulations and management of assignments for a project-based workforce, and timesheet applications Great understanding of process automation, AI, ML, IT, and technological innovation Operational understanding of agile principles for product and project management Experience successfully collaborating/partnering across teams within and outside of an organization Chartered Accountant or master’s degree or MBA (preferred) Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills
