Job Description
1. Create science class plans involving practical learning for students
2. Set clear team goals and Delegate tasks and set deadlines
3. Research topics related to science education and conduct classes for students
Oversee day-to-day operation for submission of documents
4. Search literature, utilize all available resources, and design experiments and activities for appropriate age grp
5. Monitor team performance and report on metrics
6. Discover training needs and provide coaching
7. Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
8. Plan, design, and conduct research activities relevant to science topics for grades 1 to 10 independently
9. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
