Our client company is seeking an experienced production manager for their Fortune Company with sound knowledge of manufacturing operations, processes, and willing to drive continuous improvement.

You must be willing to:
Be responsible for managing the Production Unit in all aspects of EHS
Drive operations/maintenance activities to meet Unit KPIs
Recommend capital expenditures/process changes
Prioritizing maintenance needs of the unit
Monitor raw materials inventory/usage
Manage/discipline the hourly workforce in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS in Engineering/Science (CE preferred)
Prefer 3-4+ years of supervisory experience/8+ years of overall industry experience
Experience in food ingredients/corn milling/pharmaceutical ingredients/chemicals/refining/biofuels
Knowledge of regulatory policies (GMP/quality) (safety a plus)
Significant experience in operations/supervisory of hourly workforce
Strong communication/interpersonal skills with an ability to mentor/motivate hourly workforce
