- 12+ years of overall experience, at least 10 years in EDI
- Should have Extensive experience on EDI onboarding using ANSI 12 or X12 EDI messaging for the following streams:
810 Invoice (outbound)
850 - Purchase Order - (Sales Order)
855 - Purchase Order Acknowledgement
856 (ASN) outbound
997 Functional Acknowledgment
820 Payment remittance (inbound)
- Should be able to troubleshoot EDI document processing errors and work with trading partners directly to resolve in a timely matter
- Should be able to Collaborate with EDI partners to resolve transmission problems
- Should possess Extraordinary communication capabilities with all stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate issues and needs with internal business partners, external vendors, and healthcare providers
- Triages incoming EDI issues thru monitoring.
- Should be able to coordinate withend users to ensure user acceptance testing is thorough and complete.
- Should be able to conduct and lead on all end to end testing phases with Trading partners and Business users.
- Should Track day-to-day EDI & batch processes to identify and address problems as they arise reporting levels of activity using key established metrics for senior management
- Support Customer Service group with EDI related issues
- Identifies, recommends and implements process improvements in support of the EDI system
- Troubleshoot EDI document processing errors and work with trading partners directly to resolve in a timely matter
- Conducts analysis of EDI transactions and is responsible for documentation and reports
- Should have middleware knowledge
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
